Obituary

MyungSoon Shin, 82, of Camp Hill, passed away peacefully, on Saturday, April 3, 2021, at her daughter’s home in Camp Hill.
Born on May 16, 1938 in Busan, South Korea, she was the daughter of the late Jak and Sun Yu Kim. She was the widow of Dr. Yeong Ho Shin.

She was a dedicated and loving homemaker. MyungSoon was proud to be a Christian and would often be seen reading her Bible. She loved to sing, go swimming, read the newspaper, play Korean card games, and watch television. When she lived in Korea she was always by the ocean and continued this love of the ocean here in the U.S. MyungSoon attended the First Korean Church in Dillsburg.
She is survived by her daughter, Grace Cho and her husband Charles, of Camp Hill; three sons, Eddie Shin, of Philadelphia, Ernest Shin and his wife Songmi, of North Jersey, and Elliot Shin and his wife Vienna, of Las Vegas, NV; a sister, Insoon Kim and her husband Young Bae, of South Korea; a granddaughter, Jean Cho Mosley and her husband Derek, of Mechanicsburg; seven additional grandchildren and one great-grandchild, Jace.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters.
