Billy was my fellow linebacker at Cedar Cliff HS (only 2 of us) and also at the Cumberland County All Star Game. We had a blast teaming up to play defense the best way we knew...tough and constant. Both of us were imports into the Cedar Cliff such there was an "outsider bond" felt between us...Will never forget all the FUN we had during the All Star Game beginning with an opening mile run...I came in next to last...Billy last. But Practices and the game was filled with laughter and fun...will always remember those times with BILLY DE TEMP God Bless you my forever teammate Jeff McNelly

Always loved your comments and sense of humor Billy. You are definitely missed at the Shoppe. You made us laugh many times and looked forward to your visits. A good dude all around.
