Obituary for Sherry Kay Lemmonds (Brady)

Sherry Kay Lemmonds, 60, of Camp Hill, PA, passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022, at her home. Born on December 3, 1961, in Harrisburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Blaine Nornhold and Christina King Brady.

Sherry graduated with the Susquenita High School Class of 1979, and was the co-owner of CSL Services. She was a member and social director of the Susquehanna Yacht Club, and a member and Vice President of the Ladies Auxiliary at the West Fairview American Legion.

Sherry liked boating, camping, listening to music, gaming, and crafting. She also enjoyed traveling to Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. Above all, Sherry loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was the best wife, mother, and grandparent that she could be, knowing that her love for her family was the “legacy she wanted to leave behind”. Sherry was the rock and go-to for her family and many, many friends, and always put everyone first before herself. She was a light that will surely be missed.

Sherry is survived by her loving husband, Christopher Lemmonds, Sr., of Camp Hill, PA; one son, Christopher Lemmonds, Jr., of Camp Hill, PA; two daughters: Tiffany Seibert, and her husband Adam Seibert, of New Cumberland, PA, and Jerrica Palmer, and her husband John Solomon, of New Cumberland, PA; two brothers: Blaine Nornhold, and his wife Gail, of Camp Hill, PA, and Kim Brady, of Dauphin, PA; five adored grandchildren: Cameron, Aubrey, Trysten, Peyton, and Jaxon; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog Rukkus.

She was preceded in death by four sisters and four brothers.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring at the convenience of the family. Please check back in the future for updated service information.
