Obituary for Ronald Seaman
On Tuesday, January 19, 2021, Ron Seaman, loving husband and father to five children, passed away at age 74.
Ron was born in Newport, Pa on September 10, 1946 to Boyd and Mary (Campbell). Ron graduated in 1965 from Newport High School and was a part of the wrestling team.
Ron is preceded in death by his father, mother, and brother Harry. He is survived by his wife Kathe Masters (Nimmo), his three children: Tara Seaman, Renee Lindermuth (Jeff), Lon Seaman (Mandy); two step children: Matthew Zelonka (Barbara) and Nissanne Morrison (Craig); and sister Anna Mae Baker, who resides in Connecticut. Ron is better known as Pappy to his seven grandchildren: Brittany, Haley, Tia, Alyssa, Keegan, and the twins, Michael and Ethan. The love doesn’t end there, he leaves behind his three Step Grandchildren: Dreau, Zoe, and Miranda. He was blessed with three Great Grandchildren: Elijah, Braelynn, and Alyia.
Ron retired from the Bethlehem Steel Mill in 1996 and had a passion for woodworking and grilling. Friends and family will attest that he possessed a God given ability to take your idea and create what you envisioned perfectly. An event never began until Ron’s charcoal grill creations were on the table. Ron’s best fur-buddy, Cosmo, will miss their snuggle time dearly.
All funeral services will be private and handled at the convenience of the family. Myers-Harner Funeral and Cremation Services, Camp Hill, is taking care of Ron’s final wishes.
