Joseph James McManus, 89, of Camp Hill, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at Artis Senior Living of West Shore, Camp Hill.
Born on September 20, 1931, he was the son of the late James and Rose (Herman) McManus. He was also preceded in death by his wife Estelle (Brown) McManus.
Joseph was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean War, and was a retired maintenance mechanic. In his free time, he liked to listen to Lawrence Welk, The Dorsey Brothers, and a variety of other Big Band artists.
He is survived by his three sons: Joe and his wife Sue of Bolivia, NC, Pat and his wife Anita of Monroe, NJ, and Chris and his wife Terry of Hillsborough, NJ; two grandchildren, Jeremy and Steven; and one great-grandchild, Cassidy.
Along with his parents and loving wife, Joseph was preceded in death by four brothers: Jim, Francis, Edward, and Leo; and four sisters: Catherine, Mary, Rose Marie, and Dorothy.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
