Obituary for Anna M. Meyers (Miller)
Anna M. Meyers, 100, of Dillsburg, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023,
Born March 13, 1923, in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Anna (Kessler) Miller. She was married to S. William Edmiston from 1942 until his death in 1982. She subsequently married Eugene Meyers in 1999 until his death in 2011.
She retired as an assistant Head Bookkeeper in the banking industry. Anna was a member of the Zembo Shrine Widows Club. She enjoyed crocheting, card games, traveling and gambling. She loved golfing and was very proud of her two hole-in-ones.
Anna is survived by her daughter Alice Perva of Dillsburg, four grandsons Michael Scott, Danny Perva, Brad Perva and Scott Perva, five great-grandchildren Kenley, Brady, Penelope, Willow and Finnley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and their families.
In addition to her parents and her husbands, Anna was preceded in death by her son S. William Jr. and her two sisters Elizabeth and Katherine and two brothers Nicholas and John.
A memorial service will be held on Friday August 25th at 5:00 PM at the Myers-Baker Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 1903 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011, with the Chaplain Alan Echard, officiating.
Memorials can be made to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children, 3551 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140.
